The DMA Companies provide a full range of professional services relating to the expansion of affordable and special needs housing in communities across the nation. DMA Companies is comprised of:

• Diana McIver & Associates, Inc. provides development consulting services to nonprofit and for profit developers seeking to build or rehabilitate affordable housing, including capacity building programs for novice developers. Additionally, we assist cities and local governments in analyzing their housing needs and in developing public policy.
• DMA Development Company, LLC was created in 1998 in recognition of the need for affordable housing in small cities and rural communities. DMA Development enjoys a very good reputation in the industry as a “for profit” developer with a “nonprofit” heart.
• DMA Properties, LLC was created in 2002 as our property management affiliate and specializes in providing quality management and onsite services for our Texas properties.
• DMA Property Advisors, LLC was created in 2010 to provide management services
  

DMA’s staff have a combined 100+ years of experience in the development and operation of affordable multifamily housing.

What We Do

DMA Companies helps bring affordable and special needs housing to communities nationwide. By making special use of financing programs available at the local, state and federal levels of government, DMA is able to create affordable housing opportunities for thousands of people across the country.

In 2011, DMA Companies created Camile Pahwa Scholarship Fund to provide training and education scholarships for children living at any of the affordable housing communities owned by DMA and its affiliates.
