Diana McIver and Associates, Inc. (DMA)

Diana McIver and Associates, Inc. (DMA) was incorporated in January 1987, as the successor company to Conroy & McIver, a Texas partnership founded by Patrick Conroy and Diana McIver in 1979. DMA is wholly owned by Diana McIver and is certified by the State of Texas as a Historically Underutilized Business (HUB).

DMA is one of the country’s premier consulting firms in assisting nonprofit clients with the development of housing for seniors and for persons with disabilities under HUD’s Section 202 and Section 811 programs. DMA’s efforts have resulted in the development of more than 13,000 units of affordable housing in 43 states.

Since its founding, the company has expanded its focus from one of assisting nonprofit housing organizations with the development of housing for the elderly under a specialized federal program to one of providing a comprehensive package of services to address the needs of housing providers who must compete in an increasingly more complex environment. Today, DMA provides both development and financial services to a wide-ranging clientele including for profit companies, nonprofit organizations, and governmental agencies.
